Orders are processed during the business week. Any orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day that is not a federal holiday. Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours by standard or ground shipping and are normally delivered within the time-frame outlined below.

Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Federal holidays are not included in the delivery estimate. Under very rare circumstances, delivery can be delayed. If this happens, we will contact you at once we are aware.
All of our items are shipped with a tracking number for convenience and for liability purposes. Once a package is in the possession of the shipping company, it is no longer our responsibility. If a package becomes lost or delayed in transit, the shipping company will be able to track the item using GPS technology in an attempt to locate the item. File all claims for items lost or damaged in transit with the shipping company, but please do let us know if this happens. We will assist in making sure that you receive your item, but are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping company. Please realize that formal claims with the shipping company are the only recourse on one-of-a-kind items.

Returns, Exchanges, Damages
When choosing a crystal ball or other sphere, pay particular attention to the dimensions. "Diameter" (diam.), the smaller dimension, refers to the length of the widest part of the sphere from one side directly through to the other. The "circumference" (cir.) will also be listed. Circumference is the measurement all the way around the sphere. If you were to place a measuring tape around the sphere at its center (to measure how "big around" it is), you would find the circumference. Color Variations in Products
Gemstones are natural and vary in size, shape, and coloring. No two are alike. Due to variations in screen settings, the color of items may appear slightly different in person than on-screen. This is especially true for products such as tapestries, clothing, and crystal balls.
