Shipping

Currently, we ship only to addresses within the United States and its territories.

NOTICE: Our store is designed to shipped only to U.S. addresses, however, checkout is allowing other countries to be selected. Our host has been unable to correct this issue. Until we are transferred to a new host, any international orders that come through will be cancelled manually. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Flat $5 shipping on all orders.

Insurance is always included on orders over $100. These orders may require a signature upon delivery.

Orders are processed during the business week. Any orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day that is not a federal holiday. Packages are usually shipped within 48 hours by standard or ground shipping and are normally delivered within the time-frame outlined below.

Continental U.S. Address: 3 - 5 business days after shipping is confirmed

Alaska and Hawaii Address: 3 - 7 business days after shipping is confirmed

US Protectorates Address: 4 - 8 business days after shipping is confirmed

APO/FPO Address: 18 - 32 business days after shipping is confirmed

International: 18 - 32 business days after shipping is confirmed

Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of federal holidays. Federal holidays are not included in the delivery estimate. Under very rare circumstances, delivery can be delayed. If this happens, we will contact you at once we are aware.

Once a package is in the possession of the shipping company, it is no longer our responsibility. If a package becomes lost or delayed in transit, the shipping company will be able to track the item using GPS technology in an attempt to locate the item. File all claims for items lost or damaged in transit with the shipping company, but please do let us know if this happens. We will assist in making sure that you receive your item, but are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the shipping company. Please realize that formal claims with the shipping company are the only recourse on one-of-a-kind items.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable to Missouri addresses only and will be automatically applied during checkout. Tax rates are subject to change.

Returns, Exchanges, Damages

Items purchased through Amazon must be returned through Amazon as well. If you purchased an item in error, you will have to pay return shipping. Amazon extends a discounted shipping rate to its customers. To make a return, go to your account at Amazon; find your order history; locate the item and click "return". Its fast and easy.
Items Damaged or “Lost in the Mail”. Each item is inspected for quality before packaging and shipment. Per shipper regulations (USPS and UPS), any items lost or damaged while in the possession of the shipping company are the responsibility of the shipping company, and any claims must be made by the buyer directly to the shipping company. All shipments, no matter how small, include a tracking number for this purpose.
Returns will be accepted of items which remain in new, unopened, sellable condition within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to obtain return approval. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Exchanges can be expensive due to repeated shipping. New, re-sellable items may be exchanged, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping and for shipping fees for the replacement item.

Sphere Sizes

When choosing a crystal ball or other sphere, pay particular attention to the dimensions. "Diameter" (diam.), the smaller dimension, refers to the length of the widest part of the sphere from one side directly through to the other. The "circumference" (cir.) will also be listed. Circumference is the measurement all the way around the sphere. If you were to place a measuring tape around the sphere at its center (to measure how "big around" it is), you would find the circumference. The following is a quick reference guide to crystal ball/sphere sizes (numbers are rounded):

A sphere with a 4.7-inch cir. has a diam. of approximately:

1.5 in, 4 cm, 38 mm

A sphere with a 9-inch cir. has a diam. of approximately:

3 in, 8 cm, 76 mm

A sphere with a 12-inch cir. has a diam. of approximately:

4 in, 10 cm, 101 mm

A sphere with a 16-inch cir. has a diam. of approximately:

5 in, 13 cm, 127 mm

A sphere with a 25-inch cir. has a diam. of approximately:

8 in, 20 cm, 203 mm

Color Variations in Products

Gemstones are natural and vary in size, shape, and coloring. No two are alike. Due to variations in screen settings, the color of items may appear slightly different in person than on-screen. This is especially true for products such as tapestries, clothing, and crystal balls.
